I would like to add another one I just discovered:
- Read It Later: allows you to save pages of interest to read later. <a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7661" rel="nofollow">https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/76...</a>
Still in the sandbox, but with a great future!

I also would like to add the following ones to your list. What do you think?

- Attachment Extractor: among other things, can automatically extract pictures from emails, and store them in your "My pictures" folder

- Check and Send: proceed to any checks on various data in the email, before sending the message

- Dictionary Switcher: displays the currently selected dictionary in the status bar and allows to change it.

- Grab and Drag: allow scrolling within long mail in a very convenient way, without using the scrollbar

- ImportExportTools (Mboximport enhanced): anything you ever wanted to do with your mail archive files!

- Mail Tweak: tons (or almost) of very convenient tweaks

- Maximize Message Pane: display your mails by using the total space of the screen

- Tag Toolbar: anything you wanted to do with tags in Thunderbird
