Due to some unfortunate problems, I’ve disabled permissions on the guest account in mantis. This shouldn’t change anything for you, all it does is lockdown the bug tracker from spam (hey, if you’re spamming mantis, get a life, only I check that and they don’t get sent updates on new bugnotes.
