Wow, this version has been in development longer than 3.2.1 was (and that was only a couple months really).
3.2.3 might be my favorite version so far (if it releases without any major problems). It fixes numerous bugs that I’ve wanted to tackle a long time ago but never had the time. It’s got support for the latest nightlies of Thunderbird and it has a new settings window. There has been so much that went into this build, it really improves how you use ThunderBrowse.
It even has a new software box (that looks 10,000 times better than the current one).
I feel like this is a huge advancement in ThunderBrowse.
I’ve cleaned up a lot of the code, removed a bunch of junk that was too much of a derivative of ThunderBrowse’s goal: to be a simple and fast browser for Thunderbird.
To tell you the truth, I’m excited for this build and for the future of ThunderBrowse in general.
I really hope you enjoy this new build.
congratz!
Hi Folks,
I see Thunderbird/Shredder has changed their version number just as soon as you caught up. Does 3.2.3 work with Thunderbird 3.0b2? Or will that come in your next version, 3.2.4? By the way this extension keeps getting better and better!
No, 3.2.3 does work with TB3.0b2, however the inline search function does not work due to a bug in Thunderbird. On AMO (and get.thunderbrowse.com), you should see that it's listed as compatible with TB3.0b2.
