It's probably not gmailui, attachment sizes or folderpane tools as I used those (or used to use them) and when I upgraded I didn't experience this problem. But thanks for letting me know :D

I too had the problem of no mail showing up after installing Thunderbrowse a while ago immediately after updating to TB3. I'm sure it is because of a conflict with another add-on (exactly which one unfortunately I can't remember). I think it was one that was not yet updated from supporting TB2.5 to TB3. I disabled all of my add-ons, one at a time till the mail showed up, and then uninstalled the problem add on along with several others. Here are the ones I deleted when upgrading to TB3, so it is likely one of these:

attachment_sizes-0.0.5-tb.xpi
contacts_add_bcc_button-0.0.3-tb.xpi
contacts_sidebar-0.7.1-tb.xpi
folderpane_tools-0.0.5.1-tb.xpi
gmailui-0.6-tb.xpi
rewrap_toolbar_button-1.0.1-tb.xpi
view_headers_toggle_button-2.0.1-tb.xpi
xnote-2.1.0-tb.xpi

Hope this helps.
