This is a Thunderbird issue, not ThunderBrowse. When the box prompts for a password make sure you check the box "Remember my password" and it shouldn't ask for it again unless the password is wrong.

This would be an issue with Yahoo and your Thunderbird Yahoo account email settings, not ThunderBrowse.
